3. Technology - The less the better
While men are considered better at tech than women, it is also shown that men are unable to multitask.
More technology makes men unhappy.
So it must be kept to a minimum even if you work in this field. Have sound alerts for important events that can happen and need your action on and don't check your phone or PC all the time.
While in this tech era it's not possible to avoid it without affecting your income, just work on automating most of it.
Social media is also a large source of unhappiness. Facebook, twitter and chat programs should be used under the same principle as above, with alerts and only when needed.
At this point I am tempted to think that you shouldn't even have facebook or instagram type of social media unless you are using them to promote yourself or need a large amount of online friends for business purposes. Or if you are looking to pickup women using it.
If you use it just to check out which amazing looking cities your online buddies are going to today -> Big NO-NO
