First part was easy to spot, this one is way tricky.
The less things owned the better it is. If you need to pack for 3 days when you go somewhere, not good.
When you travel or live somewhere -> the people around you and your connection with them are far more important than the place itself.
Guys living as students 4 in the same tiny room with very little money will be happier than a rich guy living near a beach but not connected to any people.
If your focus is to live on a beach in a nice island - for that to work you also need to focus on having close bonds with the people nearby, the beach and island are just bonuses.
Otherwise you'll be happier in a cold snowy place that meets the people criteria.
